  1. What are your membership requirements?

    WWWebAd's Banner Exchange is open to anyone who agrees with our Terms and Conditions. "Adult-only" sites are not allowed.

  2. What are your banner requirements?

     

    • Must be a Non-Transparent GIF Image (has a .gif extension)
    • Must be exactly 460 pixels wide by 68 pixels high
    • Must be no more than 20K in size - the smaller, the better

  3. Should I create my banner before I sign up?

    Yes. If you already have a 460 x 68 banner from another exchange, you can use the same one.

    If you do not know how to make a banner, our WWWebAd design team will be happy to assist with using your business images, logos, etc.. in creating an eye-catching banner.  Our rates are low, and our turn-around time quick. Contact WWWebAd banner designers.

  4. Does my gif image, or banner, need to include your logo?

    No, we will automatically include our logo with your banner.

  5. Do I have to keep my banner on my site?

    No, your banner will reside on our site. After you create your account you will be given a chance to upload your banner from your computer to our server.  It's quick and easy!

  6. Do I have to edit the banner code that I  put on my page?

    If you are going to copy the banner code to one page only the answer is "No." It is recommended that you copy and paste the banner code we give you exactly as it is. Otherwise, our banners might not display properly and you might not receive credit for banner exposures on your site.
    However, if you are going to copy the code to more than one page on your site, the answer is "Yes." You will need a unique "page=" number for each page; e.g., "page=01", "page=02", "page=03", etc. This will ensure that new banners are loaded (and that new displays are credited to you) on each of your pages. Note that there are two "page=" designations in the code, and that they must match!

  7. What is your banner display ratio?

    3:2 (Your banner is displayed twice on someone else's site for every three times you display one of our banners on your site.)

  8. Can I buy additional points?

    Yes. Contact our sales department to increase your display ratio.
     
    If you want additional points, display our banners on additional pages on your site. It's simple and free.

  9. Can I use more than one banner ad?

    Yes. When you enter your banner URL on our add/edit form, just enter each banner's URL on a separate line. These banners will be displayed at random.

  10. Can I create more than one Account?

    Yes. You can create as many as you need.

     

  11. Can I choose to stop advertising at any time?

    Yes. Just remove the HTML (banner code) we gave you from your pages. There is also a delete option on the edit advert page. If you decide to remove the HTML but don't want to bother deleting your advert, we would appreciate your notifying us so we can delete it for you.
